Verizon Wireless the Samsung SCH-U470 Juke Mobile Phone Juke
Today Verizon Wireless announced the Samsung SCH-U470 Juke, a swivel phone with 2GB of internal storage for music and a scroll wheel for navigation. Samsung U470 Juke supports .MP3, .WMA, and unprotected .AAC music files, and the music player of Samsung U470 Juke can be accessed without needing to open the phone. Aimed at the younger crowd, the Samsung U470 Juke features a VGA-resolution camera with night mode, Bluetooth 2.0 with support for A2DP stereo headsets, and Samsung U470 Juke will be available exclusively from Verizon Wireless in red, blue, and teal.
The Samsung U470 Juke also features GPS, with the ability to use Verizon’s VZ Navigator and Chaperone services, but it lacks any sort of 3G connectivity, meaning that Samsung U470 Juke can not make use of Verizon’s V CAST services. The Samsung U470 Juke is planned to be in stores by the end of November, 2007.
Samsung U470 Juke is an interesting little sucker. It’s definitely one of the smallest swivel-phones that we’ve seen and now we have some more details on the svelte musicphone.

I seemed to be aware of this previously, but nevertheless there were a few useful bits which concluded the picture for me personally, thanks a ton!
