What is the CPU, processor, CPU speed and OS on Pantech Impact?

Isn’t it more about operating system than phone manufacturer? Android. Now and for ever more, Google will rule the corporate planet government (the corporation sci fi movies refer to in pre-Apocalypse scenarios) — so maybe a phone tough enough to survive might get some buyers. Looks pretty cool.

The phone doesn’t have flash, as stated.
